Every other Thursday we’ll meet for a 30 minutes to share insights about the job search. We’ll set aside time for Q&A during each session.

Get your questions about the job search answered from best practices for resume writing to interacting with recruiters, to networking that gets results, to hitting it out of the park in your interviews, and making LinkedIn work for you.

We’ll tackle every topic you can think of when it comes to job searching and leveraging your professional brand to stand out from everyone else.

Each session will have time dedicated to Q&A so if we don’t answer your question in our presentation, you can ask us during the Q&A.

March 20th – How to Answer the Salary Question – Determining your range. Who should disclose salary first, the candidate or the potential employer. How not to leave money on the table.

April 3rd – Interviewing – Being Prepared – What questions should you prepare for in every interview? The key to preparation – 4-5 accomplishment stories. And, we’ll talk about how to make yourself irresistible in the job interview using the proven Savvy Career Pros(e) method.

April 17th – Interviewing – What You Should Ask – When you’re in the interview process, it’s about discovery about the company from the candidate’s perspective. We’ll talk about what questions you should ask to help you determine if the company and its leadership aligns with your values.

May 1st – Negotiating 101 – You got the offer. Do you negotiate? How do you negotiate? What’s negotiable? We’ll cover it all so you are well equipped to go into your next offer negotiation with absolute confidence.

May 15th – Creating Your Introductory 30 Second Message – How do you introduce yourself in a way that doesn’t feel cringe, shares your value proposition, and makes people want to know more all in 30 seconds or less? We’ll go over the basics of creating a killer 30 second message.
